Yes. Pathways Prep Academy is a tuition-free public charter high school open to all students. We welcome learners of all backgrounds and abilities.

Can students earn college credit while in high school?

Yes. Through dual enrollment opportunities, students can earn college credit while completing their high school diploma. Graduates may earn up to two years of college credit before graduation.

Do students graduate with any certifications?

Yes. In addition to earning college credit, all students graduate with their Cal-GETC certification, which means they have completed the lower-division general education requirements needed for transfer to any California State University (CSU) or University of California (UC) campus. Students also have the opportunity to graduate with career certifications and real-world internship experience that prepares them for college or the workforce.

What career pathways are available?

Students explore career pathways in Business, Education, Science, and Technology through coursework, internships, and hands-on learning experiences.

What is the student-to-teacher ratio?

Pathways Prep Academy maintains intentionally small class sizes with a 25:1 student-to-teacher ratio to ensure personalized support and strong relationships between students and educators.
